This atelier, with two shakuhachi makers, Ikuya Kitahara and Hiroki Kitahara, has existed now for four generations. We start by selecting and harvesting Madake bamboo in Japan to make and repair shakuhachi. We also give lessons.
We are glad to offer the joy of playing the shakuhachi to as many people as possible.
